Clarity before complexity
I turn client needs into clear requirements, focused tasks and priorities the team can work with.
Software Project & Delivery Manager
My background in journalism, technical support and QA shapes how I manage projects. I ask the questions that clarify requirements, help clients and developers agree on priorities, and keep quality in focus from planning through release.

What I bring
I turn client needs into clear requirements, focused tasks and priorities the team can work with.
I connect planning, design decisions, development and testing, keeping the work moving and the client involved.
I look beyond individual requests to protect the business rules, client interests and user experience behind the product.
Selected work
Two examples of how I bring structure to software projects.
Bringing a complex platform closer to launch, while keeping client needs, user journeys and business rules aligned.
Developing a practical discovery framework for Adamant Code, then testing and refining it through internal product exercises.
My approach
Explore the thinking I bring to each stage of a project.
Ask. Listen. Clarify.
I ask questions, surface assumptions and connect business needs with how the product should work. The aim is a shared understanding before the team starts building.
“What problem are we solving, and for whom?”
A little about me
I started in radio journalism, where asking good questions and making complex subjects understandable were part of the job. Technical support and QA gave me a practical understanding of user needs, product behaviour and the consequences of small decisions.
Today, I bring those perspectives to software delivery, keeping client needs and business rules in view as ideas become working products.
